Since starting Lajoie Consulting Group, I've helped many organizations to drive sustainable impact in DEI and worked with countless individuals on redefining their career paths on their own terms.

Our Approach

We approach DEI strategy and initiatives as an organizational change management effort and utilize a collaborative, systemic, data driven and results oriented approach to the work. To achieve this we will lead you through our DEI transformation process.
