As the child of Haitian immigrants, my unique perspective, shaped by experiences of ignorance and social injustice, fuel my optimistic outlook on our collective potential. As a multi-sector interdisciplinary leader, I have amassed over a decade of experience across corporate, nonprofit, and education sectors. My Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) journey began in the nonprofit sector, where I recognized the urgent need for targeted DEI support. Taking initiative, I proposed and established a dedicated DEI role within my organization, marking the start of my DEI adventure.

Throughout my career, I have consistently championed DEI initiatives, taking on diverse responsibilities such as developing and executing strategic plans, conducting training, engaging in consultancy projects, speaking at events, and providing coaching. Along this path, I discovered a profound passion for coaching professionals, guiding them through the maze of personal and career aspirations, mirroring the journey I have traversed myself.

In 2020, I took a leap of faith and founded Lajoie Consulting Group, LLC. Our mission is clear: to partner with progressive organizations committed to propelling DEI forward through transformational learning, systems change, and capacity building. Since its inception, Lajoie Consulting Group has enabled numerous organizations to drive sustainable impact in DEI and empowered countless individuals to redefine their career paths on their own terms.

As a recognized thought leader, I have had the privilege of being a featured panelist and speaker at notable events, including the Boston While Black Inaugural Summit, PowerToFly’s speaker series, and LivePerson’s DEI in tech conference. These engagements have allowed me to share valuable insights and contribute to meaningful conversations.
